I had no idea they even had cpap. That's pretty cool.

Posted by: deahsella at May 13, 2005 08:06 PMI really need to go in for a sleep test. I've been told before I probably have sleep apnia (however you spell it). It would explain why I can sleep for 10 hours and still wake up tired.
Posted by: Clint Sharp at May 15, 2005 05:23 AMawesome video.
so you sleep but you dont feel rested?
i didnt know this existed.
do you know how good this video was?
Yeah. Since I stop breathing while I sleep, I never get to REM sleep. plus, my blood oxygen level goes down and it adds extra stress to my heart. hopefully, I feel better after I get this device. I will make video after I get it and report back.
Posted by: Brad at May 27, 2005 12:06 AMmodern science! (did they say anything about sleeping on your back vs. you stomach) ... sometimes sleep apnea can be cured simply by tieing a tennis ball to the back of your shirt when you go to bed so you won't roll over on your back ... no kidding ... I have a friend who could not stay awake at all, and he did this and he's refreshed all the time ...
