Dude. Getting onto the bypass at 6 am is one of the most beautiful times of the day around here. Glad you got to enjoy it. :-)

I really need to go in for a sleep test. I've been told before I probably have sleep apnia (however you spell it). It would explain why I can sleep for 10 hours and still wake up tired.

Yeah. Since I stop breathing while I sleep, I never get to REM sleep. plus, my blood oxygen level goes down and it adds extra stress to my heart. hopefully, I feel better after I get this device. I will make video after I get it and report back.

modern science! (did they say anything about sleeping on your back vs. you stomach) ... sometimes sleep apnea can be cured simply by tieing a tennis ball to the back of your shirt when you go to bed so you won't roll over on your back ... no kidding ... I have a friend who could not stay awake at all, and he did this and he's refreshed all the time ...
