Reality Altering computer use

Wired has a story about how after playing a video game for a particular period of time, people have a hard time adjusting to the real world. Their first example is of trying to roll stuff up after playing katamari damacy. I can say that I and others I know have felt this effect with KD. We also have talked of the wisdom of not driving shortly after playing burnout 2. Also, I once, when looking at the tremendous amount of campbell's soup in the grocery store, tried to use command -F to find the variety of soup I was looking for. I had a very strange feeling after I realized what I had done.
